How To Get There
Leave Canvey and get onto the M25 via the A13 and cross the River Thames via the Queen Elizabeth 2nd bridge. Stay on the M25 all the way round (clockwise) to Junction 12. Leave the M25 turn left, joining the M3 towards the Basingstoke, Southampton and Sunbury. Stay on the M3 for the next 31 miles until you arrive at Junction 8 signposted for The South West, Andover and Salisbury. Come off the M3 and onto the A303 heading west. You will by-pass Andover and continue towards Ilchester.
Do not leave the A303 just past Sparkford onto the A359 but continue towards Ilchester. Leave the A303 westbound at the Ilchester (A37) turn-off, and follow signs towards Yeovil.
After about 2 miles you will reach some houses and a pub called The Halfway House (recommended for a pre-match pint) on a left bend.
Right on the bend, take the turning to the right, signed for Chilthorn Domer. This turning is easy to miss, be careful.
Follow this road up the hill, through the dip, and up the gulley through the trees. At the top, go straight across the first cross-roads, and turn right at the rather strangely-shaped mini-roundabout.
Take the first left turn into Western Avenue just after you've left the built-up area, then first right (Copse Road). Huish Park will now be seen on the left. The road that leads down towards the ground from here takes you into the main car park.
For the main club entrance, executive car park, and secondary public car park, follow Copse Road around the bend into Lufton Way, then take the first left.
Note, part of this route is not suitable for large vehicles. For coaches, etc, stay on the A37 towards Yeovil; at the first roundabout turn right, and keep going straight along Thorne Lane until you reach Western Avenue as described above.
When You Get There
Huish Park has ample car-parking facilities for all but sell-out games. Away fans are at accommodated on the open away terrace (clearly signposted at the stadium) and in one section of the covered, and seated, Bartlett Stand.
There aren't many pubs nearby. The nearest is the Arrow, about 10 mins walk from the ground. It's horrid.
The best bet is to go to bar at the ground, which is open to away fans except for one or two exceptional matches, or to go to a village pub away from the ground.
