Courtesy of nvfc.co.uk There are two routes you can follow to get to Northwich, one follows the M1 and then M6, the other follows the M40 then M6 |
|
Via M1 From Park Lane to Saddlers Farm Either A13 to the M25 or A127 to the M25 (depending on local road-works) M25 anti-clockwise to Junction 21 North onto M1 At Junction 19 of the M1 go west onto the M6 Keep going to Junction 19 of the M6 |
Via M40 From Park Lane to Saddlers Farm Either A13 to the M25 or A127 to the M25 (depending on local road-works) M25 anti-clockwise to Junction 16 West on M40 At Junction 3a go north onto M42 until it joins the M6 at Junction 7. Then follow M6 to Junction 19 |
Come off the M6 at Junction 19 and follow the A556 towards Northwich for approximately 3 miles. Turn right onto the A559 towards Lostock (just as the road becomes a dual carriageway). Turn right at the traffic lights immediately before the Slow and Easy public house. Turn left at the crossroads by the Black Greyhound public house (signposted). Follow the road through the industrial estate for about ½ a mile. Turn left immediately after crossing the canal bridge (signposted). You are now at Wincham Park |

are welcome in the bar at the club but yu may want to look further afield. Inside information re local pubs - The beer in the club bar is not rated very highly by most Northwich fans - best pubs (with food) are the Penny Black (top of Witton St) or JW's (at the bottom of Castle Hill - just over the main Bull Ring swing bridge ). The other pubs aren't worth going to as they leave a lot to be desired Thanks to Les and Simon at the NVFC website for his invaluable help in putting this page together |
